What's Scrapining

What's going on in the world of Scrapbooking? Find the who, what and where here!

I am having serious scrapping withdrawals. I am so frustrated that I don't have very much time in a day to scrapbook and it's killing me. The sad thing is, when I do have a moment to sit and scrap I sit there and stare at it cuz I want to have enough time to sit and finish the project I am working on, not just work on it here and there until it's completed.
I have an idea for a "challenge" layout that my dt group is doing and I can't make myself sit and work on it because I don't have the time to sit and work on it until it is finished. I am a total mess.

See, Tricia, we are more alike than you think :)

It will be ok, even without the coffee.

You will get otta this funk...I was in one for two weeks, what worked for me was to take a whole day and not think about it AT ALL.... Good Luck!

Chris, I don't drink coffee either. lol.
I love the smell of it, but not the taste.
It will have to be a Saturday sometime. I work M-F so during the week is out of the question.

Give me a call and we can have coffee. Well, you can have coffee and I'll drink tea :)

It sounds like you need lunch or something.

I am almost done with my challenge layout. I'll post a picture of it later. (Probably on Monday)
I'm so glad I am close to completing it.

Awe Tricia - for the longest time I have felt guilty for scrapping instead of doing things like laundry or clean etc. I finally started to scrap yesterday at work. I decided to bring supplies to work and set up a little area just in case we were slow or quiet - I will take an hour out of each day to scrap. If I don't get it done, I will have my hour the next day.

Tricia I am the same way, I need to finish a project when I start it cause I found if i don't and I set it aside then when I come back to it I seem to lose interest or something!

I know that, but for some reason that is really hard for me to do. It's like my brain is wired that I have to get it finished before I can get up and do something else. (Maybe it's that perfectionist thing that I found out I was. lol.)

Start small Tricia bear. Work on one piece or section at a time. Before you know it, you'll have a completed project. :)
