Just wondering if anyone knows of places that are good to sell my scrapbook borders besides "FEEBAY"!? I get so feed up with giving them most of my profit!
Kat
I transferred a bunch of my stuff over to ioffer Haven't sold anything there, but the only fees are when an item sells. No fees for the pictures, no listing fees......so far it's been pretty easy to figure out. Just want more sales LOL
Hi Tonya,
Thanks for the information. I haven't tried ioffer but have tried esty and didn't sell anything for months. Getting sales on other sites is hard to do but I will check out ioffer. If you don't mind me asking what do you sell?
Kat
Hi Michelle,
Yes, you are so right! Ebay does have us right where they want us and it is a shame. I started selling on ebay in 2001. It has changed soooo much since then!

alot of people have mentioned Craigslist to me, but I just haven't even thought about trying there. Although I do find a lot of others people doing it, when I search them.
I was never able to sell any scrapbook related things on Etsy but done well with my candles and tarts...bizarre!
I haven't tried ioffer, but I have purchased things from there....yeah no help huh?....LOL
darn ebay!
I am so with you on the feebay thing, I hate them. I started my own website last March and have thousands of hits every month and I don't have to give feebay a penny of it.. If you are interested in your own site I use godaddy it is very cheep, if you want a free site that you just add things to like ebay I use ecrater and I love it. I get plenty of sales from there, it is easy to build your store there, you can put in as much stuff as you like and it is really cool. Then you just go all over the net and add a little banner add where ever you can to direct people to you. There are tons of free ways to advertise (here for one) as well as all over the net, and some of the other sellers (me included) sell add space to link to your site. If you need more info just contact me, I will be happy to help anyway I can... I would say just jump in to ecrater and spend a little money on advertising once the customers find you they tell there friends and your off and running. Here is the link to ecrater for anyone who is interested http://www.ecrater.com/

I never heard of ioffer or Kiiji. Shows you how much I live under my rock! LOL I've heard from numerous people that are on etsy but have a hard time selling much. Maybe its just the scrapbooking part though.
I'm going to check out the ecrater!
Hopefully 2009 will be a better year for all sellers!
